CM Chicken – Bold Garlic Soy Wings

CM Chicken Garlic Soy Wings

CM Chicken Review

CM Chicken paves the way for what great Korean chicken chains could be within America. Choong Man Chicken (CM for short) is a chain of fried chicken places out of Korea. They have been serving delicious, ultra crispy chicken since 2009 and boy have they spread around. CM marinates their chicken for 24 hours ahead of preparation to give it its tender and delicious nature.

These wings are presauced in CM’s garlic soy flavor but stay crunchy for a long time. Normally pre-sauced wings tend to get very soggy but texture is where CM Chicken excels. The flavor profile of these wings is almost like a sweet soy sauce with a bit of tang from the garlic. The sweetness pairs well with the fried exterior and provides a solid balance. These are the perfect wings for someone that is looking for a non-adventous option at CM as there is less spice. The wings in terms of size are medium to large but each is perfect in terms of cooking.

If all of this doesn’t sound appealing wait until you see the price. $1.20 per wing for their 10 piece and cheaper for a 20 piece! These wings are another CM hit in my book so go check them out here!
