Buffalo Joes – Mild Buffalo Wings
Nowhere has a better example of what a buffalo wing should be taste like. Creamy, tangy and a hint of spice this sauce is the perfect topping to wings. Buffalo Joes have my favorite buffalo sauce of any restaurant that I have had. The flavor does have to compensate for the size of the wings as they are quite small. They have just over a full mouthful of meat per wing so it is easy to eat a large number of wings. The wings come in batches of 10-12 which at $9.99 a batch costs can add up.
The texture is quite nice and there is a good crisp exterior from the frier. However, if eaten by take out or delivery the wings can get much softer and lose their crispy skin due to the abundance of buffalo sauce. The meat is perfectly cooked and is very tender which makes for a nice bite. The main downside is the size of the wings as and the cost associated with a meal. Overall, the tangy, creamy buffalo sauce is what you are going here for.
