CM Chicken – New Lemon Green Onion Wings

CM Chicken Lemon Green Onion Wings

CM Chicken Review

Some of the best Korean chicken wings are found at CM Chicken. Choong Man Chicken (CM for short) is a chain of fried chicken places out of Korea. They have been serving delicious, ultra crispy chicken since 2009 and boy have they spread around. Their wings themselves are of the highest quality and taste amazing. CM marinates their chicken for 24 hours ahead of preparation to give it its tender and delicious nature. The exterior of the chicken is covered in an ultra crispy batter that maintains its salty crispy well after pick up or delivery due to the toppings coming on the side.

The lemon grass and onion mixture is where much of the flavor is concentrated so naturally one would want to take a bite of chicken with the toppings every time. This gets quite messy but that is part of the fun of eating. The wings in terms of size are medium to large but each is perfect in respect of doneness and crunch.

If all of this doesn’t sound appealing wait until you see the price. $1.20 per wing for their 10 piece and even cheaper for a 20 piece! In this day and age of high wing prices this seems like the ultimate deal. Especially when considering that each order comes with a side of pickled daikon, an acquired taste but definitely worth it when one is accustomed. These wings provide a nice difference in a world of buffalo and barbecue flavors!
