Buffalo Wild Wings – Hot Buffalo Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings! After years of writing them off as just a cheap place for comodity wings I finally tried them. What a surprise they were! These buffalo wings were not the bland fast food I was expecting but rather nicely sized, flavorful wings that did not disappoint. It had a much more tangy and acidic profile than most buffalo sauces but the sauce was still delicious. It had a solid amount of spice in the sauce which was refreshing as many buffalo sauces seem toned down. However, where Buffalo Wild Wings did not delight was in their cooking of the wings.

The wings were underdone and the skin on the paddles were still gelatinous, something that might be overlooked due the good flavor. The size of the wings were medium to large and each possessed a solid amount of meat per wing. For the price I would’ve liked a bit more meat but it is still a very good deal at $1.45 per wing. The wings were very mediocre in all categories.
